All products will only be delivered to you after full payment has been made and confirmed by Ding Ding Go, products will be shipped within 1-3 working days. The delivery will be done by outsourced delivery services company appointed by Ding Ding Go.
During the delivery transit all responsibility will be passed between the logistics company and the customer. We will not be responsible for non-delivery or delay caused by incomplete/incorrect information provided by the customer in respect to address, contact number and etc, as well as absence of receiver during the delivery.
Please ascertain that on the delivery date, the receiver mobile number is reachable. At some point the runner will need to be able to confirm the receiver attendance at the delivery address. Re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost in the event of absence of the receiver during the delivery.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Ding Ding Go would like to ensure that you are satisfied and delighted with your purchase. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the product you have received, we will arrange for a refund or an exchange for you:
Kindly contact us at [email protected] within 2 working days upon receiving your item if you wish to return the item. We will issue you a Product Return Confirmation Email.
Please check and inspect the product once received are in good condition. Refund or exchange will only be accepted if the product received is:
1.Expired, damaged inside packaging or different from the product ordered
2.Returned within 5 days from the date of the Product Return Confirmation Email
3.For pick-ups, refunds and exchanges only allowed before signing the ‘acceptance’
4.Due to the handcrafted nature, our products are slight imperfections and may vary slightly as these are most often unavoidable. Hence, we will only accept the returning products for exchange or refund if the inspected quality is determined to not meet our standard
Ding Ding Go can only accept return of purchased from our website. Products purchased at other retail outlets will not be accepted. Refund or exchange can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.
Once we have received your first item, we will advise you of the postage charge for the second item before posting it.
Please allow 5-7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit or delivery of exchanged products. Ding Ding Go reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange upon final review if the above guidelines have not been met.
